Head of Operations and Administration at Ray White Winston Residential, Cara’s love of people and real estate and excellent organisational and problem-solving aptitude makes her a valued member of the leadership team. 

Cara was previously part of the Ray White group as an Executive Assistant and has a corporate background with both Deloitte and Canterbury Rugby. As a highly organised professional Cara is committed to streamlining processes ensuring we are providing excellent service for all our clients and sales consultants alike. 

Contributing to exceeding our client’s expectations and working alongside our sales team providing support in all areas to ensure our sales team's success is what Cara loves to do. With a passion for people and an ability to establish long lasting relationships, working in a busy real estate office with plenty of variety is a natural fit.
